Bayz Burj khalifa view

Here is my review for Bayz by Danube after living there for 3 years. The overall location, build quality and amenities are all great. We had a great hassle free living there. We were putting up at a 2 bedroom apartment on the 22nd floor where we had a direct view of Al Khail road, a distant view of Burj Al Arab and a partial view of Burj Khalifa a well. The apartment we lived in is decently spacious enough for a couple or maybe a small sized family. As the apartment is by default furnished, there is almost no to a very little scope of adding more furniture. The building is quipped with good amount of amenities and nicely maintained parking area for residents. However, the main highlight is the staff across all the departments whether it is front desk, maintenance, housekeeping or security. The whole staff is very friendly, customer centric, cooperative and deeply supportive. Last but not least, I would like to extend my gratitude and shout out to Mr. AHMED who not only manages the security but is equally involved in providing and addressing any kind of service pertaining to all the other departments through well coordinated and effective manner. Mr. AHMED has been a great source of support and reason for making out stay comfortable and hassle free.
