I’m writing this review only due to the excellent service we received from Nikhil Sharma, what an incredible asset to the team he is! We booked a stay for our anniversary, but unfortunately had some complaints about our room, and had to wait quite some time for it being handled properly. Eventually we met Mr. Sharma, he made sure our anniversary celebration was absolutely wonderful in the end, and it was absolutely worth the wait! Mr. Sharma, thank you again for the great solution you offered and the respect shown towards us. You immediately took the disappointment away. Also, a big thank you for how our daughter was being treated. You made our stay wonderful! We will definitely come back!
