Me and my family booked in advance ( 2 weeks in advance), but still when we reached there we had to wait 4 hours just because our room wasn't avaliable which its the hotel's management's fault because we booked 2 weeks in advance. The service wasn't good at all, I was sick and had high fever but still we had to wait so much. The rooms were fine but the service/management team isnt good at all so i wouldn't suggest you to stay here. They really need to improve the hotel overall ( service,management,..)
