Apartments in ME DO RE JLT

I have been renting in this building for over a year, and although I was considering buying an apartment here, my experience has made me think twice. The one-bedroom units are priced at over 2.5 million, and for that kind of money, you expect the facilities to meet a proper standard. The gym is good, but the pool area only has seven sun loungers, which means on weekends it’s almost impossible to find a place to sit. For a building in this price range, this is simply not acceptable. Another issue is the overly strict policies. If you have family members staying with you, they are not allowed to use the gym, sauna, or steam room, which is extremely unfair for residents. Some staff also need proper training. The gym attendant follows people around and tells them what to do, which makes the environment uncomfortable. A few reception staff during the day can come across as rude to guests, leaving a negative impression. On a positive note, the night staff are very kind and professional — especially the front reception team. They are always helpful and respectful, and this is appreciated.
