I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room cleaning was far below the standard expected. Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, it still felt dirty. Dust was left behind, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the overall cleaning was superficial and not done thoroughly. I had to request room cleaning several times, yet the quality never improved. In addition, I was not allowed to use the hotel parking and was told to park outside, despite being a hotel guest, which caused me significant inconvenience. Overall, the service did not meet the standards expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.The
