We don’t think we should have been charged for the mirror because it wasn’t broken or damaged. It only fell, and nothing happened to it. We understand the charge for the bed, but charging us for the mirror was unfair since there was no damage at all. We hope the hotel will be more transparent and fair with its additional charges in the future.
