We’ve been calling this beautiful place home for almost a month now, it has that perfect mix of feeling luxurious while still being warm, cozy, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, Omar made us feel right at home with his kindness and genuine hospitality. Breakfast at Mila has become one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to Mohamed, Juliana and the whole team, who always greet us with a smile. And a huge shoutout to Josy! She's so kind and thoughtful, always going the extra mile to make us feel special. She even helped organize the sweetest birthday surprise for our little one! 🤍 A big thank you as well to Anurag from Guest Relations, who truly went above and beyond to make our son's day extra memorable. We also spend lots of time by the pool, Abdulaziz is always friendly and happy to help. And Rabia at Explorers is absolutely amazing with the kids! What really stands out is how much everyone genuinely cares. It's the little touches and the people here that make all the difference, and it's exactly why we'd love to come back. ✨
