Our room was immaculate and genuinely felt five-star: custom-designed furniture, a luxe king-sized bed, a freestanding soaking tub, and a rainfall shower  made every morning feel indulgent. The attention to detail in the design is remarkable — every room is wired and connected, and the aesthetic is bold without being overwhelming.  The pool area was a highlight for us. What it lacks in size it makes up for in facilities — a giant TV screen, comfortable deck chairs, and an adjoining bar.  Thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was excellent across the board. With four on-site restaurants offering breakfast through dinner and international cuisine,  there was something for everyone in the family. But what truly elevated our stay were the people. Shashi, Bu, and Nadia at breakfast went above and beyond — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring toward our kids. That kind of hospitality is hard to teach and harder to forget. The hotel is incredibly photogenic too — from the dual lobbies to the “Staircase to Nowhere” you can actually climb,  every corner is a photo waiting to happen. Perfect for families who love a good Instagram moment. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.
