Our recent return to the Marriott Marquis City Center Doha was absolutely exceptional. Having last stayed here four years ago, we were thrilled to find that their standard of service remains absolutely top-notch, making our stay incredibly relaxing and memorable. The seamless experience started even before we arrived. Using the Marriott app prior to our check-in made the entire process incredibly convenient, and we were deeply grateful for the wonderful room upgrade we received. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service and warm hospitality of the staff. We want to give a special mention to the team members who made our stay so comfortable: Mr. Tinos – Who greeted us warmly and efficiently assisted us with our luggage and he made an exra effort to ensure that our stay will be a comfortable one Mr. Paul at reception – For a smooth, welcoming, and professional check-in experience. Mr. Jaadagesan – Who was so attentive in ensuring we had plenty of fresh towels, water, and everything we needed for our room. Ms. Sheeremaya– Who did an immaculate job keeping our room spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We also want to send out a heartfelt special shoutout to: Ms. Dona at Crossroads Kitchen – Her wonderful service and warm hospitality during breakfast started our days on the perfect note. Mr. Clint at the valet service – For his prompt, polite, and incredibly helpful assistance with our vehicle. Thank you to the entire team at Marriott Marquis Doha for maintaining such high standards over the years. We truly appreciate the dedication and care, and we look forward to our next visit!
