I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my sister, her husband, and the rest of our family, and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic. I would especially like to thank Mr. Emrah at the reception. He was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Our flight was late in the day, and he kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which made our departure much more comfortable. He also upgraded my sister and her husband’s room, which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. The breakfast catered to a wide variety of tastes. There were delicious European-style breakfast options, and the food was not overly spicy, making it suitable for everyone. The location of the hotel is excellent. Many major attractions are within walking distance, and the rest can easily be reached with a short Uber ride. Having secure indoor parking was another great advantage. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We would be delighted to return in the future. Special thanks again to Mr. Emrah and all the wonderful staff members who made us feel so welcome.
