I had a horrific experience at this hotel. I booked and fully paid for a King Suite for two adults. Earlier in the day, I had a short-term visitor stop by my room for just one hour, who then left. Later on, when my friend arrived to join me as the legitimate second overnight guest, the reception staff wrongfully and aggressively blocked his entry, claiming the room's capacity was "fully utilized" because of the earlier visitor! This is a complete scam and a violation of basic hospitality standards. A temporary visitor is not an overnight occupant. Even though I had previously confirmed with customer support that guests were allowed with an ID card, the front desk completely breached this policy. They refused to let my friend in, and I was forced to check out immediately without even staying the night, wasting my entire money. Unprofessional management, hostile environment, and zero respect for guests' privacy or rights. I will be escalating this to Qatar Tourism. Save your money and stay elsewhere!
