My stay was overall very good. The room was clean, and the service was excellent throughout. The only areas that need improvement are the noise levels outside the room. The room service staff were often talking loudly while walking in the hallway or cleaning nearby rooms, which did not feel respectful to guests trying to rest. The door sound insulation also needs improvement, as voices and footsteps from outside could be heard very clearly, making the stay less calm than expected.
