We arrived from Germany and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Go up to the terrace and you’ll be absolutely blown away by the incredible view of the pyramids, truly unforgettable. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us organize and manage our entire stay. We also highly recommend letting them arrange a driver for you to explore the city because it made everything much easier and stress free. We were welcomed with an amazing dinner and felt taken care of from the very first moment. Thumbs up to the whole team, you made our holiday perfect!
