The room was not clean. There were a lot of cobwebs, and I also found many hairs on the floor. The hotel is next to the main road and the BTS, so it was very noisy. It is not a good choice for guests who have trouble sleeping. The breakfast was okay. Some of the reception staff were friendly ( Night shift even he a bit confused and a woman seem like manager ), but some did not seem friendly to the customers and made you feel uncomfortable during stay. I informed for my reservations many times but like staff they not inform to the team. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s shuttle bus service. Even though the hotel is a little far from BTS On Nut, the shuttle makes it very convenient. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 10–15 minutes.
