We had an amazing stay at SILQ Hotel & Residence and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern facilities, spacious rooms, and a fantastic location that’s convenient for exploring the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible customer service. A special thank you to Coco from the concierge team, who went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning during our trip, and Coco was absolutely amazing. He contacted the restaurant on our behalf, spoke directly with the manager, and was able to arrange a full refund for the meal. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difficult situation so much easier. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful, regularly checking in on our health and making sure we had everything we needed. Their compassion and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to everyone at SILQ Hotel & Residence for making us feel so well cared for. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
