The reception, concierge always have a long wait due to shortage of staffs. Sometimes no staff attend in the station. Got 24 hrs buggy service to nearby malls which close at 10pm, and other entrances also close at 10pm (was not informed during check in) apart from the main lobby. But the buggy waiting time is often longer than walking to the malls due to limited availability and traffic jam in Bangkok. Was once got my ride drop off to the entrance closest to my room after lots of shopping and heavy rain just to realise the doors are closed. Luggage service took a long time too was 20 mins wait for them to get them from room to main entrance, and apparently other guests complained about that but the management did nothing. Free breakfast buffet but I find the food a bit meh for what the hotel charged. Most staffs are polite and friendly and amazing but it is frustrating constantly have to wait for extended period of time. I would have love the hotel if I am in a vacation town. And my frustration and disappointment is reflected in my rating of this hotel. There’s plenty of 5 stars hotels charge lower prices but much more efficient.
