A great facility with warming inviting staff from the door team who grab your suitcase to the personal welcome by the Head of Guest Services who visits you after you've been guided to the guests arrival lounge for a drink and snack before you head up to your room. Bags arrive in the room jusf after you've walked in, as you check out well presented and relaxing room 😎 with a great view on the city and river. All the amenities are great and available 24/7 with exception to the pool which closes late night. Lounge and bar is nice with singers who bring the atmosphere to life. Plenty to choose from to eat on their various menus with riverside or AC seating. Easy location and literally 7mns walk next door to Asiatique and the markets to your right or local vibes to your left and if walking to the market is not your thing, they have a free tuktuk to take you (but you'll have to either walk, or grab a grab or tuktuk back) They have their own river boat in case you want to go to town (highly recommended) and a fast and cool way to check out some of the neighboring building including the temples on the way to the otherside.
