This was our second stay at this hotel, and we honestly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Bangkok. We’ve loved both of our stays and have already recommended the hotel to our family, who will be visiting soon. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the Club Lounge. Big, Terfun, Rose and Tanya are amazing. Every day they greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Travelling with two children under the age of six can be a lot, but they made us all feel so welcome. They were always thinking of the little things that made such a big difference. From bringing the kids strawberries each day, to cutting up an apple without us even asking, or putting their favourite shows on the TV, they genuinely went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and happy. It’s those little touches that you don’t forget. They made our children feel so special, and as parents, that meant the world to us. Their kindness and genuine care are what make this hotel stand out, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Thank you for making every visit feel so special. We already can’t wait for our next trip to Bangkok, and we’ll definitely be staying here again.
