- Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. If the guaranteed credit card cannot be presented, the charged amount will be refunded back to the original card and payment will be made using the new card.

- Restaurant will be under renovation from 14 July 2025 to 11 August 2025. During this period, all guests who have booked with breakfast included will be redirected to Journeyhub Bangkok Sukhumvit 26 for their meals. The restaurant is conveniently located at the back of our property, and guests can access it directly through our connecting gate, which is only 30 meters from the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
