Wow what an amazing stay at Jasmine Resort Hotel. Even before arriving the staff emailed me with options of a private car service to pick me up at the airport and remove that stress from my plate. This was my first visit to Thailand and having this service provided made me feel at ease. The moment I arrived MoMo greeted me at the front desk and it warmed my heart to meet such a caring compassionate soul in a new town. Throughout my 10 night stay the entire staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and the AC worked great making it comfortable for me to rest and relax more than I anticipated in such a busy city. I did not hear outside noises from my room at any point. I chose this particular hotel because of the hot tub and it did not disappoint. I think I used it all except 2 nights of my stay in Bangkok.
