Hotel Nikko delivered everything we hoped for and more. As a Japanese brand, the level of omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) here is genuinely unmatched. The staff were attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful in every interaction — always one step ahead of our needs without being intrusive. One of the standout features for us as Japanese travelers was the Japanese-speaking staff. It made communication effortless and added an extra layer of comfort, especially when traveling with young children. Speaking of children — this hotel truly goes above and beyond for families. The kids’ room was an absolute delight, and our little ones were kept happily entertained. The staff showed wonderful patience and kindness toward our children throughout the entire stay, which we deeply appreciated. The room itself was pristine and beautifully maintained — exactly the standard of cleanliness you’d expect from a Nikko property. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a stunning freestanding bathtub and a rain shower. The rooftop pool with city views was the cherry on top — our kids could have spent all day there! The location is superb for exploring the city, and the overall convenience of the hotel made our trip completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines world-class facilities with the warmth and precision of Japanese service, Hotel Nikko is simply the best choice.
