I am impressed with this hotel's service every time I stay here. During this visit, I was especially impressed by the front desk staff, James and Miguel. They were warm, welcoming, always smiling, and provided excellent service and helpful information. I would also like to thank Ann at the breakfast restaurant, who, as always, provided outstanding service. The room was spotless and maintained the hotel's high standards. I also fell in love with the beautiful garden just outside my room. It looked absolutely stunning, with its lush green trees resembling giant broccoli florets, beautifully contrasted against the backdrop of the towering skyscrapers behind it. The combination of nature and the city skyline created a truly breathtaking view. I simply can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. This hotel continues to exceed my expectations, and I look forward to coming back every time.
