Hansar Hotel is my go to hotel in Bangkok, mainly because of its exceptional customer service and spacious rooms. A special thank you to Mr. Gift at reception, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. I needed a personal health oil medication that was difficult to find, and knowing how challenging Bangkok traffic can be, he kindly arranged for it to be ordered and delivered directly to the hotel. His willingness to help made a real difference. If you visit the spa, I highly recommend Mrs. Spring for a Thai massage. She was absolutely outstanding, and I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism and skill. Overall, Hansar continues to impress with its excellent location, generously sized rooms, and genuinely warm, attentive service. These are the reasons I keep coming back.
