Galleria 10 Hotel Bangkok

We stayed at Galleria 10 Bangkok for eight nights and booked two rooms. The rooms and housekeeping were good, breakfast was okay, and most of the staff were friendly and professional, especially the front desk team and tuk tuk driver. Unfortunately, the Operations Manager, Adil Rashid, completely ruined our final impression of the hotel. We had paid a half-day rate to extend checkout until 5:00 p.m. Because of unexpected heavy rain, we called ahead and explained that we might be about 55 minutes late. The front desk told us it was okay and asked us to return quickly. When we arrived around 5:45 p.m., we apologized and went to collect our already packed luggage abruptly. On our way up to get the luggages Adil Rashid the operation manager called and spoke to us in an extremely rude, sarcastic, and demeaning way. He showed no courtesy or professionalism and made us feel disrespected. I have visited Bangkok many times and have never experienced a hotel manager speaking to guests this way. Everyone else at the hotel was respectful, but his behavior left a very negative impression and overshadowed an otherwise good eight-night stay.
