Impeccable service by the most smiling, hospitable and well-trained hotel team. The staff is always proactive, going the extra mile. We were wowed when, while walking towards the lift, a housekeeper who was in the area but closer to the lift landing area, turned around and called it for us. Wow. You get the feeling of a welcoming, cosy, 5* hotel. - Rooms are spacious and clean. - Breakfast has variety and taste. - Location 2minutes from the metro station. Hats off to Khun Songhee Ha for the achievement (who, by the way, is always around and smiling)
