I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room provided to us. The toilet was not functioning, with the commode filled with water and unable to flush. The electricity was also not working properly, and the room was extremely dusty. The moment I sat down, dust visibly rose into the air, which raised serious concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. I personally went to the reception and raised these issues with the manager. However, the manager showed very little concern and did not handle our complaint in a professional or satisfactory manner. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, particularly due to both the condition of the room and the way our concerns were handled by management.
