Mixed experience overall. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel offers nice facilities that make the stay comfortable on paper. However, the experience is held back by the staff, who were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which impacts the overall atmosphere more than expected. Considering the price, the hotel offers limited value for money, especially given the level of service. In short, solid infrastructure but service and value need improvement.
