Very Rude owner, not available at the property to give checkin. We reached after a 7 hour drive and our booking was confirmed. He gave our booking to someone else claiming we’re late ?? When the checkin time was bw 3-6pm. Reached there at 3pm. The rudest most cruel owner didn’t give us the room. We had our child with us. He didn’t bother to even guide us any new place in the city. Making it the worst trip for us. The city was new to us. Location was very bad. It is at the outer city. No baqala or any shop or mosque outside. Worst experience for us.
