I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The service was extremely poor, and the main door was not working properly. Even the restroom doors were broken, which is unacceptable. The swimming pool water was very cold and not maintained at a comfortable temperature. I called the service team multiple times, but there was no response from the management at all. Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor customer service made the experience frustrating. I would not recommend this place unless improvements are made.
